Comments

The church at "Grubingen"—a settlement of Alemannic origin dating back to the early Middle Ages, which was demolished in 1778—has been successfully brought back into view in the western section of the former cemetery. Furthermore, the outline of a wide, backfilled ditch is visible around the site of the former church/chapel. Investigations of the adjacent trellis areas yielded no further definitive archaeological findings.
